Bracknell Forest Council Hiring for Teaching Assistant Job at Binfield, England Full Time

College Town Primary School is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start in September 2022 or as soon as possible.

We are looking for a professionally minded, experienced and confident person who is able to support our well behaved and motivated learners to become the best that they can be.

Qualities which we will be looking for are good communication skills, flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to motivate self and others. Candidates will also need to demonstrate that they have good qualifications in literacy and mathematics.

The post is a temporary part time position working across KS1 and KS2 for 15 hours a week, working all day Monday and other hours to be discussed. This is a term time only contract with an end date of 31st August 2023.

The positions involve working under the direction of the class teacher to support groups of children across the school.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Promote a culture of learning that is exciting, challenging and rewarding
• Foster independance in every child and enable them to improve
• Have an open and positive attitude
• Have high expectations of learning, progress and behaviour

The start date is September 2022 or as soon as possible

Pre–employment medical check
