We are looking for a responsible and motivated Receptionist to add to our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to be part of a growing clinic with a great culture. We believe in delivering great service to our patients.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience with dental software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English
  • Experience billing patients and collecting fees through a POS terminal
  • Experience dealing with dental insurance providers

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting the patients and welcoming them to the clinic
  • Scheduling and booking
  • Answering the phones and emails
  • Receiving payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

  • Nepean, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
