Braces Haven is looking for a fun and motivated Dental Receptionist to add to our growing team in Barrhaven! The ideal candidate would have:

• Experience with dental software, Dolphin (Min 1-2 years experience)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English
• Experience billing patients and collecting fees through a point of sale terminal
• Experience dealing with dental insurance providers

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting the patients and welcoming them to the clinic
• Scheduling and booking
• Answering the phones and emails
• Receiving payments
• Proof-reading everything mailed to patients or other doctors
