Supporting a first-class approach to Academic Quality

From providing high quality administrative support to delivering accurate and timely information, become a key member of BPP University’s Academic Quality team. With a host of responsibilities, take charge of academic administration within the team and help deliver first class support and guidance to stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and management of internal and external audits (e.g. Ofsted, QAA and OfS)
• Assisting in the preparation and management of committees
• Assisting with the preparation and management of internal conferences
• Participating in key operational planning meetings
• Carrying out administrative tasks relating to External Examination
• Assisting the Dean of Academic Quality with budget tasks
• Identifying improvements to contribute to the continuous operational improvement of the academic quality team
• Supporting the BPP University Senior Leadership Team with administrative requests

• GCSE English and maths at Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
• Experience of working within an administrative environment
• High levels of confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to deliver key objectives within agreed timescales
• Strong numeracy skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage workload
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to work in a team and be adaptable to changing priorities and timescales
• Ideally, you will have some experience of working within Higher Education
• A Level English or maths (or equivalent) is desirable
