BPP Education Group Hiring for Academic Administrator Job at Remote Full Time

Supporting to provide smooth and efficient service delivery for Academic process within School of Technology

In conjunction with central teams within BPP University and teams within the School of Technology, you will implement, manage, and enhance all Academic Administration processes within the school. You will be responsible for helping the scheduling and faculty team, with assessments, registers, and scheduling.

What you’ll be doing

• Scheduling change request (updating tutors, updating relevant schedules and communicating with the PSO, including the change log)
• Updating the central scheduling team with the correct formatted schedules
• Adobe online classroom requests
• Answer students’ attendance email queries within the School of Technology’s service level agreement response time.
• Communicate updated supervisions allocation to the PSO team
• Ensuring QV and Master tracker match with the same information
• Monitoring attendance register completions and following up with Head of Faculty
• Providing register access to all tutors upon start of each module
• Responding to coach queries
• Support with Assessments

This role is home and office based. The office base can be either London OR Birmingham OR Manchester.
