Sales and Marketing coordinators are the first impression leaders for our boutique PR firm. Imagine a PR team that is actually fun to work with! We are on the hunt for an extreme self-starter that can work within a multi‐faceted and extremely fast-paced environment. Someone who knows the ins and outs of a well rounded and effective B2B sales process along side of implementing a full creative marketing initiatives. Closely monitoring sales leads and marketing campaigns through their execution to success. Must possess superior sales, verbal and written communication skills, strong marketing skills, and a wealth of general business knowledge.

Experience within an Agency setting is a plus.

• Muti-channel lead research, generation and outreach
• Identifying new sales channels and strategies for the firm
• Day- to-day management of leads
• Sales pipeline management and communication to management
• Proposal preparation
• Contract Negotiations
• CRM system updates and management
• Scheduling Sales meetings
• Closing sales
• Case Study Creation
• Drip Marketing Campaign Set up and Management
• Award Submissions & Announcements
• Identifying advertising and marketing target platforms and implementing
• Distriburion of firms internal press releases
• New client announcements
• Light Social media management and working alongside of Social Media Agency to ensure messaging success
• Identify corporate events, sponsorships and partnerships for the firm
• Newsletter
• Identifying key topics that C Level executives should consistently be in the news for and communicating to internal PR team
• Sales and Marketing ing
• Management and monitoring of PPC systems

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $51,598.00 – $59,103.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
