We are seeking a strategic and delivery focused Talent and Performance Manager to drive forward our talent, succession planning and performance agenda as well as lead and inspire workforce forecasting and planning. This is a brand-new position within our newly formed People and Culture team and a great opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the role.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager your responsibilities will include:
Working with key stakeholders identify and forecast workforce requirements to deliver against bpha plans and priorities.
Monitor demand, make recommendations and identify opportunities and risks that align to the demand for workforce.
Producing strategic development plans for our top talent to drive engagement and improve both individual and organisational performance
Securing a successful succession pipeline by identifying, developing and nurturing emerging talents
Identifying leadership potential and develop capability across all levels
Identifying and implementing talent acquisition pathways through initiatives such as graduate programmes, apprenticeships, and partnerships with higher education organisations.
Evolving our current learning and development provision for individuals and teams in line with our purpose, values, and strategy. Creating clear career development pathways as appropriate
Line managing, developing and supporting an L&D Lead and People Development Assistant.
We’d love to meet someone who has:
Demonstrable experience of identifying and forecasting requirements.
Strong experience of identifying, recruiting, engaging and nurturing talent
Experience of building career development frameworks.
Demonstrable experience of planning, implementing and reviewing development programmes at all levels
A good understanding of ED&I and its inclusion within talent management, workforce planning and development initiatives
Experience of line managing.
