BPA Hiring for Digital Campaign specialist at Remote Full Time

Typical day?

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, globally, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

• Set-up campaigns, create and/or adapt journeys, and select key assets to promote

• Work with graphic designers and copywriters to create engaging ads and landing pages

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities

• Optimize and scale campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI and efficiency

• Monitor and manage budgets and bids to ensure campaigns stay on track

• Monitor and analyze campaign data and performance regularly to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

• Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall business strategy

• Create and present regular performance s to the team

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed (such as email marketing, social media, or search engine optimization)

Maternity Role Coverage:

The Campaign Specialist will plan and execute digital campaigns globally (via paid channels) to help build pipeline and drive revenue for the business. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, with an experience in implementing multi-channel campaigns and account based marketing strategies (a plus).

Top 3 skills required?

• Previous experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, campaign, or/and performance marketing

• Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns is a must

• Understanding of digital advertising metrics, such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per click

• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and strategies

• Knowledge of persona creation, account segmentation

• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics)

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (plus)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to details with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyho can handle many tasks at one time.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $29.00 – $30.00 per hour
