Job Profile Summary
The project lead is a part of a global team of 7 colleagues, with the goal of enabling the performance of the talent acquisition & matching (TA&M) team. The role is accountable for driving global projects, bringing different disciplines together to build best-in class solutions to enable our business strategy. This could range from leading specialist hiring campaigns, running assessment centres, supporting in implementing a new recruitment system (ATS), to ensuring that our data and metrics are working in the best way. It’s a broad ranging role and will very much flow onto highest value areas at any one time – enabling bp to find the right talent, at the right cost, at the right time. All to enable our exciting business strategy.
The team’s workload will be managed in a ‘flow to work’ agile pattern, with a hopper of potential work and a refined prioritization process enabling selection of new activity.
