Grade H is responsible for supporting products/offers for a specific market, including delivering new offers, and supporting implementation of major new offer development projects.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-centric and energized Product Manager who’s eager to contribute to build and scale successful EV businesses across Europe. The Electrification Innovation Product Manager will be responsible for the innovation roadmap definition and roll out of products & services across use cases and markets with a clear focus on CX differentiation, commercial viability and technical feasibility. The Electrification Innovation Product Manager will be closely interlinked with the Global Product Management team to adopt same WoW, tools and Governance approach.

JOB PURPOSE

The Electrification Innovation Product Manager will focus on developing the following products:

• On-the-go charging
• Residential
• Fleet
• In-car applications of above

• Define the Digital Innovation roadmap for Electrification core products, align and balance with the respective Go To Market strategy and deliver the committed digital products to ensure business strategy is met. Solutions shall include coordination of dependencies as well as synergies across Electrification Products
• Create the Electrification Innovation product framework (customer journey, KPIs dashboard, roadmap in Product Plan, competitor analysis) as per the Product Management framework
• Continuous enhancement of operating model and product roadmap including management of business development opportunities that arise during that period, prioritizing commercial commitments, developing innovation PoCs, others

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES

• Management of financial interfaces and P&L within the Electrification Innovation products including development & approval of business cases, FMs, delivery budgets, and return on investment. Contribute to ATN and EFM preparation.
• Monitoring emerging macro trends within the mobility and electrification industry and help develop market insights for bp’s electrification teams
• Definition and prioritization of Electrification Innovation product roadmap across Electrification products
• Digital Budget management and POC management
• Delivery E2E Innovation products & services

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
• Certifications in agile and product management. Preferred: PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner), PMI-ACP
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent
• Proven and successful experience in the execution of scalable business development and ambitious product roadmaps design and implementation, including launching new products and continuous feature delivery to enhance customer experience and drive business results (B2C experience preferred)
• Previous experience of working within the automotive or EV charging domain (preferred)
• Experience of managing consumer facing hardware/software products, including gathering customer feedback and go to market strategy
• Specialist in customer and product centric design methods and taking concepts from ideation through to execution
• Proven and successful experience in adopting Agile practices and operating Scrum framework
• Highly competent in managing one/many scrum teams
• Proven ability to interact with multiple functions, partners and 3rd party suppliers within an organisation to delivery goals
• Proven track record of performing in high-intensity environments, operating within tight financial resources and meeting challenging deadlines
• Self-starter mentality with drive and motivation whilst also being an exceptional communicator who works well within a multidisciplinary team, bringing colleagues with them on a journey
• Positive personality, with energetic leadership style and strong resilience
• A good balance of structured/holistic thinking with fast moving and pragmatic execution
