The Castrol ANZ Supply Chain Finance Manager role is part of the Castrol ANZ GSC (Global Supply Chain) leadership team with direct exposure to the Asia Pacific Executive Leadership Team. This is a leadership role responsible for the Planning, Performance Insight and Reporting of Castrol ANZ Supply Chain operations to enable informed decision-making and support optimisation of business performance. The role partners directly with the Castrol ANZ Supply Chain Manager and wider teams (Manufacturing plant, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). This role reports to Castrol ANZ Senior Finance Manager and does not have a direct report, but it requires a strong ability to lead effectively in a matrix management

Furthermore, you will be responsible for value creation through mergers and acquisition-led ‎deals, commercial negotiations and integration of business opportunities.‎
Transformation – driving digital transformation (centralising, digitising, optimising) across all elements of the finance entity to ‎achieve sector-leading cost-performance.‎
