Boyum IT Solutions Hiring for Head of Partner Success Unit / APJ at Australia Full Time

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative leader in Australia to join Boyum IT Solutions as Head of APJ and to lead the business in the APJ region. Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer you will take ownership of managing a committed team for fueling our go-to-market efforts and being responsible for driving sales growth, the overall partner relationship, strategic business planning and landing execution across all key priorities.

Responsibilities

The Head of Partner Success Unit (PSU) APJ primary responsibilities are to oversee daily business operations and business development, including:

• Partners’ and Customers success across the region
• the implementation of the global strategy designed to grow the business in the region.
• and implement strategic initiatives to onboard, enable, and support partners throughout their journey.
• and executing the channel partner strategy for the region.
• and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets and expand market share within the region.
• and hitting/exceeding budgeted regional EBITDA
• sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• regional PSU teams: sales, presales, support, and consulting.
• cross regional collaboration with partners onboarding and enablement initiatives by committing with PSU APJ resources.
• with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for PSU initiatives.
• mentor, and motivate the team to maximize their potential and performance.
• the staff and playing a key role in attracting and retaining talent.
• Manager operational responsibilities.
