About The Role

The production manager will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will manage the production coordinators and ensure all supply chain processes are performed accurately, on-time, and within our sustainable guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production process
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure company guidelines and consistency in products
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Manage a team of two employees and a warehouse of four employees
• Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports
• Manages inventory control, shipping and receiving
• Guide your team by setting goals, establishing clear expectations, providing constructive feedback and hold mutual accountability to develop and strengthen each member of the team
• Lead the SOP process and work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams to implement and execute as required
• Prepare and present annual operating budgets & plans for review by the executive team
• Establish good vendor relations to get the best possible deliveries at optimum cost and best quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years’ experience working with denim factories in Europe and Asia
• Experience with fashion industry ERP software and all Google Drive Office Suite
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of professional judgement in stressful situations
• Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and termination
