We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrative Clerk to join our team at our Pembina location. The Role

Our Customer Service Administrative Clerk will assist our customers throughout the repair process, providing information to keep them updated, and leveraging their experience to provide superior customer service. The Customer Service Administrative Clerk will also ensure that we maintain communication with the insurance company, and continue our strong working relationship with them.

• Greet and assist customers
• Coordinate rental vehicles and courtesy cars
• Scheduling repair appointments
• Communicate with insurers regarding deductibles, coverage, etc.
• Provide information to customers about all aspects of the collision repair process
• Collect information about vehicle damage
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s repair

Requirements

• Previous collision repair industry experience an asset
• 1-2 years Experience working at / with Manitoba Public Insurance
• Retail/customer service and administrative experience required
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Solid administrative skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, punctual
• A positive attitude
• A willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
