Boxed Wedding Invitations Hiring for Video shooter/editor & social media admin Full Time

This job is NOT remote. The employee has to come in and film videos and tutorials.

Boxed Wedding Invitations is looking to add a social media savvy person to our team.

For every 1000 followers on one of the social media channel (YouTube and TikTok) you will be paid $50 bonus (each time one of the channels reaches every 1000 followers)

Qualifications

Active on social media; aware of latest trends

Have at least 1 year of experience with video shooting/editing

Able to use editing software (TikTok editor, etc)

Able to post and create content for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and our YouTube

You are comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and have working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

Be able to help execute ideas from pre-pro to post through both editorial and shooting

• Stay hyper-focused on what type of content must be created to drive key metrics (views, reach, clicks to website)
• Ensure brand consistency through messaging

Ability to work independently

• Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Brainstorm video content ideas

Plan and film videos (must be comfortable in front of a camera)

Post 7 YouTube videos a week, 7 posts a day on Pinterest, 2 times a day on TikTok. This is the minimum required.

Work in partnership with fellow creatives to concept everything from marketing campaigns, to social, to in-depth story telling, to blog content

Qualifications

+ Exceptional judgment, keen eye for video, and strong creative skills with a focus on creating engaging and pedagogically sound videos for a specific target audience

Ability to make both aesthetic and content judgments about video, as well as assemble and edit material to create engaging videos with effective storytelling

Strong post-production experience including audio editing, audio mixing, and color correction with current post-production tools including Adobe Premiere CC

2D motion graphics experience and a strong grasp of graphic design principles including hierarchy, typography, and composition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.25 per hour
