About the role:
The Student Recruitment team are responsible for the provision of outstanding service to local and inbound international students, supporting customer service across the organisation for all parts of the student journey, contributing to successful student outcomes and providing an outstanding student experience.
Application Assessment and Enrolment Team:
The Student Recruitment Officer (Enrolment) is responsible for assisting prospective students from the point of enquiry through to enrolment with BHI. This includes assessing applications from prospective students according to course entry requirements and supporting students through to enrolment in their chosen course. Student Recruitment Officers provide advice to prospective and current students on how to enrol into a range of courses at BHI as well as the most suitable study mode and course pathway.
Student Recruitment:
The Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing complex enquiries and application assessments for prospective students, supporting them to enrol into courses at Box Hill Institute. The role provides advice on the most suitable study mode and course pathway and, in collaboration with teaching areas, manages the commencement of the student in their study to ensure successful onboarding and retention.
About you:
You will have experience working in a call centre environment, with a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to providing a high level of customer care and client satisfaction.
You will have experience working with a Client Relationship Management system, preferably Salesforce. You will have strong communication skills and be able to confidently and courteously liaise with people at all levels whilst understanding and meeting the needs of our customers.
