The Account Manager’s on our team are not responsible for sales but managing existing client relationships. The Account Manager will have a set of client accounts working with the recruitment and sales team to match talent to job orders and drive placements to close.

Account Manager “No Sales” – Staff The Cloud Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firm REQUIRED****
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive deals to close
• IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.

Account Manager “No Sales” – Staff the Cloud Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) Base salary typically around $60k
• Bowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits (including dental)
• Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
• We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
• Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days from home, 3 days in office in Arlington)
