Bow Trail Physio & Rehab Hiring for Reception/Admin Assistant at Calgary, AB Full Time

Bow Trail Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, a clinic in Calgary is looking for an experienced Receptionist. As the first point of contact, the candidate will provide exceptional customer service, quality care and will possess multi-tasking and organizational skills to work in a busy clinic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet patients.

• Verify and update patients’ records, invoicing, and daily reports.

• Assist patients in forms submission and insurance claims.

• Provides administrative support to medical professionals in file reporting.

• Manage and count stock inventory.
• Previous experience in health care is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with physiotherapy clinic experience

• Treatment area cleanliness, including laundry and treatment area organization

• Other related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Effective communication skills- verbal and written

• Ability to work independently – quick to learn and adapt to daily demands in the clinic

• Ability to prioritize daily tasks, multitask and complete them in a timely manner.

• Language: English a must, other language skills an asset.

• Excellent computer skills – typing skills, data entry, MS Office, experience on practice perfect software will be considered an asset.

• Medical office-related experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
