The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer satisfaction and the accuracy of orders and prices. Bilingualism is essential in order to serve our clients well across Canada and the United States. He / She works closely with Outside Sales Representatives and the shipping team to follow up on orders

Main responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on their requests (by phone or email);
• Validate purchase orders with price lists;
• Follow up on orders and ensure compliance with delivery dates;
• Answer various calls concerning administrative problems;
• Prepare return authorizations;
• Work in collaboration with outside sales representatives;
• Participate in the price request process;
• Perform any other related task.

Requirements :

• Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
• Experience in customer service an asset
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Be professional and organized
• Have a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines
• Be autonomous and reliable
• Results oriented
• Listening and understanding
• Analysis and synthesis skills
• Adaptability

Hours and work conditions :

• Monday to Friday, 37.5h / week
