Bouygues Energies & Services Looking for Senior Operations Manager at Edmonton Full Time

Bouygues Energies and Services is a global contractor and currently has an exciting opportunity within our Facilities and Maintenance business for a Senior Operations Manager to join our North Middlesex University Hospital contract.

The role:

• Reports to the General Manager
• Build effective working relationships with the client, emphasis on customer interface requirements
• Liaising with IS Department to ensure consistent, robust and well-supported IS Service
• Assist the General Manager in achieving contract targets and work closely with Compliance, Commercial and Finance Teams as required particularly with PMS deduction recording, tracking and management.
• Develop good relationships with Maximo teams, Site teams and the Client’s Performance Lead and implement robust mitigation processes and strategies across the PFI business such as Rectification Extension / Temporary Repair Process
• Responsibility for co-ordination of completion of Controls Assurance and monthly reports, including assessment and audit of associated action plans and targets
• To provide training to frontline and management staff on the areas of the Contract that can affect the Performance Management Suite reporting

The person:

• Will hold a relevant qualification in a Hard FM related subject.  Ideally with membership of a professional institution and/or management qualifications (ILM, BIFM, etc.)
• Must have experience of managing staff in Hard FM in a healthcare environment
• Will have specialist knowledge of processes and procedures within mechanical and electrical disciplines together with excellent IT skills
• Will be able to demonstrate sound financial acumen and be able to interpret financial accounts
• Able to demonstrate strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent attention to detail
