Bouygues Energies & Services Looking for Commercial Combustion Engineer at South of England Full Time

Bouygues Energies and Services is a global facilities management contractor, we provide a wide range of services from general building maintenance through to front of house, cleaning and security services.

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Combustion Engineer to join our Mobile Solutions team providing FM maintenance at our various public and private sector sites across the South of England.  This is a fully mobile role with a company van provided. 

Key Activities

• Reporting to the Commercial Gas Supervisor
• Mobile role with travel across sites/contracts in the South of England
• To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial and Domestic gas and related equipment
• To carry out gas works including minor new works, refurbishment and capital works replacement programme
• To investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all boiler and gas systems and associated plant/components, commissioning subcontractors where necessary
• Dual fuel burners up to 10MW and installations
• To ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times
• Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with participation in the call out rota

Skills & Experience

• Qualified to C&G level 2, or equivalent, in one or more discipline and to a competent standard under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 essential
• Able to read technical drawings and interpret O&M manuals
• A proactive, flexible, can-do approach
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including IT proficiency
• Able to obtain DBS and Government Security clearance
• Must hold valid full driving license
