As A/P Specialist for Boutique Interiors, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable with accuracy and timely data entry as your top priorities. Day to day job duties will include reconciling vendor invoices to purchase orders, entering invoices for payment, entering expenses, weekly check run, assisting Interior Designers with A/P related questions/issues, and working closely with our Purchasing Department to assure products in the pipeline continue to move as we apply deposits and pay invoices prior to shipment.
A/P experience is required – with an Interior Design firm would be a big plus. We use application software called Design Manager and utilize the integrated Accounting module. Experience with Design Manager would also be plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
