BounceBack Homes seeks a highly motivated Database and Marketing Manager to join our team. Working directly with the company’s owners, this remote-based team member will assist with implementing business strategies, plans and procedures. Your primary goal while working with us will be to help the owners develop the business functionality to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to help improve the efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness of monthly data rolls among 5+ states across 2 primary data sources
• Complete strategic projects related to data, marketing, and sales functions
• Help maintain, update, and build out dashboards and data analytics tools for sales, marketing, and operational functions
• Assist with marketing analysis for direct mail, digital marketing, and Google PPC
• Oversee marketing execution and strategize new marketing ideas
• Assist with managing the data appends team
• Support some IT needs and help develop data security & organizational security functions
• Work closely with team members from other departments to meet and exceed our goals
• Additional duties as assigned as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
• 3+ years in corporate data management role (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
• 2+ years in leadership or managerial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & the Microsoft Suite
• Familiarity with AirTable, Wordpress, Zoom, and Google Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with different stakeholders
• Excellent written & communication skills

This position is part time, contract, working 40 hours a month @ $50/hour.
