Boulder Sausage is hiring a Retail Merchandiser to join our team. We have been in business for over 50 years, we are the #1 local brand of Sausage in Colorado. We are a Tastier, Healthier and Fresher product line.

Job Details

Our pay range is from $20-$25 an hour.

We work 5 days a week 8 hours per day Monday thru Friday.

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience as a retail sales representative a plus but not necessary.
• Experience building and maintaining business relationships for long term.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
• Present yourself and Boulder Sausage with confidence in a friendly positive way.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong time management, including planning and prioritizing workloads.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Good Attendance record, ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for gathering data from retail stores and filling out s.
• Providing feedback to senior management regarding retail environment.
• Reviewing competitors, including pricing, marketing, presentation, quality, product types.
• Assessing the effectiveness of different products, product displays.
• Good driving record.
