Botanic Tonics LLC Hiring for Customer Service Associate – Part Time at Remote Full Time

Botanic Tonics is looking for a positive and professional part-time Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience. This position is REMOTE. Mostly weekends and occasional coverage during the week.

Requirements

The part-time Customer Service Associate need a variety of skills and qualifications to succeed, including:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails over the weekend and on demand.
• Ability to share work among a customer service team.
• Attentiveness and patience, even under pressure.
• Time-management skills
• Ability to find the positive in any situation
• 1 year of prior work experience as customer service representative, preferably for a supplement or CPG business.

Duties and responsibilities

• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Log complaints and solutions by product type and complaint category
• Provide to the head of customer service if escalation is requested by the customer
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
• Letting customers or wholesale clients know about additional products or services
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions, forward different issues to different teams to further investigate, if necessary
