ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting the growth strategy of the organisation in attracting top talent. This is a newly created role which will work side by side with a range of different stakeholders including hiring managers, local and regional Centre of Excellence teams, the ANZ Human Resources team and preferred suppliers. This role will be focused on proactively supporting the recruitment efforts of the organisation in hiring top talent.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Partner, we are looking for an individual who has previous experience in recruiting a range of diverse and complex roles, preferably within the medical device or health industry. They will have had experience with proactive strategies that support pipelining successfully with the ability to fill vacancies with the right talent efficiently, whilst leveraging our brand and play a strategic partner role.
