Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Nursing

POSITION SUMMARY:
Have tremendous impact supporting a phenomenal team in a fast paced professional environment! Great opportunity for a superstar with exceptional administrative and project coordination skills to “own” processes, problem solving, recruitment events, and hiring experiences for nurses and related professionals. You will be a CRITICAL part of this team’s success! Provide administrative support to the Nursing Talent Acquisition Team by working closely with internal/external candidates, external recruiters and other human resources professionals in support of a business’ hiring needs. Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board. Including but not limited to posting job opportunities on ancillary sites, updating and tracking of pre-employment data, data reporting and project related work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Support experience. Strongly preferred experience within an academic or healthcare Talent Acquisition office.
