POSITION SUMMARY:

Great opportunity for a superstar with exceptional administrative and project coordination skills to “own” processes, problem solving, recruitment events, and hiring experiences for nurses and related professionals. You will be a CRITICAL part of this team’s success! Provide administrative support to the Nursing Talent Acquisition Team by working closely with internal/external candidates, external recruiters and other human resources professionals in support of a business’ hiring needs. Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board. Including but not limited to posting job opportunities on ancillary sites, updating and tracking of pre-employment data, data reporting and project related work.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Responsible for partnering during recruitment process, including pre-screening calls, interview scheduling, follow-up communication to candidates, assembling onboarding packets for new hires, and general administrative support.
• Support internal and external recruiting function by meeting candidates’ onsite, facilitating tours in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
• Complete offer letters, reference checks and triggers new hire onboarding including background checks and scheduling pre-employment health screens in Workday.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge as it relates to the interview process, onboarding, and logistics to ensure a uniquely positive candidate experience.
• Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Investigate inquiries related to assigned function, escalate complex or urgent issues to management and follow up with employees, managers or candidates regarding status.
• Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
• Organizing recruitment events that may include ordering and shipping of products and materials, placing food orders, etc.
• Work on special projects that advance the goals of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Key point of contact for inquires as it relates to CORI, background and/or educational checks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Support experience. Strongly preferred experience within an academic or healthcare Talent Acquisition office.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Must have proficiency with the MS suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Prefer experience with HRIS systems including Workday.
• Poise and professional presentation.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in the recruitment process with several recruiters.
