Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support the complete life cycle of the Seattle office’s consulting staff recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning and participating in the interview process, candidate communication and relationship building, and all conversion activities. You will work with the Seattle Recruiting Managing Director and Partner (RMDP), Seattle Recruiting Director (RD), recruiting directors at BCG core schools, and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from both campus and experienced hire pools, as well as support Experienced Hire, Digital, and Analytics recruiting efforts for the Seattle office.
Cultivate relationships with candidates, following up with all inquiries while developing BCG presence and positive experiences; cultivate relationships with campus career services, developing BCG’s brand on campus
Collect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environment
Manage logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversion, including conversion/welcome weekends and the summer intern program
Drive BCG-wide recruiting efforts at Seattle-managed schools / programs (current portfolio includes University of Washington undergrad and MBA (Foster)):
Annual plan creation
Annual budget development and oversight
Candidate marketing, screening, preliminary interviewing, and conversion management
Manage experienced hire recruiting efforts for Seattle office in close coordination with region (by working with executive recruiters, Practice Area recruiting team, and other offices to fill Seattle-office Project Leader, Principal, and Expert positions)
Drive conversion activities for offerees
Help coordinate the local recruiting process for the Seattle office across OneBCG
Manage Seattle recruiting cadre training, commitment, and performance tracking processes (select and train interviewers, staff NAMR events and interviews with the right mix of consulting staff, ensure commitments are upheld, manage swap process, etc.)
Manage Seattle Associate and Consultant summer internship programs, including coordination and execution of orientation, training, case staffing, performance feedback, affiliation events, and conversion efforts
Manage annual budget for Seattle office recruiting and internship activities
Ensure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurate
Help develop worldwide strategic marketing plans for local schools; Provide year-end analysis for core schools as well as Seattle office recruiting
Use the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations
Lead and execute strategic projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant experience required
Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
Flexibility and some travel required, particularly around peak recruiting season and planning weeks; Attendance at key evening and weekend events required

Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods

You’ll be working with a closely knit team of Talent Acquisition members in Seattle and across the West Coast system offices, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead. You’ll be supporting the campus MBA and Undergraduate recruiting programs, and you’ll work with the other Talent Acquisition team members to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG. You’ll work closely with your local office team as well as various Talent Acquisition teams across North America.
