WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the GAMMA Asia Pacific (AP) Recruiting Lead, the DigitalBCG Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist/Lead is an integral part of the Asia Pacific (AP) Digital Talent Acquisition team and broader ANZ Talent Acquisition and Human Resources (HR) function. You’ll drive Technology, Digital and Analytics candidate sourcing and management from inception through to completion across Asia Pacific. This role blends hands on delivery while playing a pivotal role on a number of strategic recruiting initiatives, and has a broad scope as outlined below:

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Talent sourcing

• Driving the end to end recruiting process, identifying top talent, attract, engage, assess and manage throughout the candidate life cycle
• Building talent pipelines (passive and active) to fill current and future roles for GAMMA in Australia, New Zealand (ANZ) with high quality candidates
• Sourcing and attracting top digital talent in ANZ and engage with passive candidates via social media platforms including LinkedIn, networking forums and meet ups
• Managing key senior stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; build a deep understanding of GAMMA businesses/pillars, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Articulating and presenting technology opportunities at BCG and the candidate value proposition in appropriate talent markets
• Providing first round candidate assessment and provide high quality shortlist of candidates to the business/hiring managers
• Driving improvements in time to hire
• Supporting Gamma recruitment in other systems in APAC region when/where needed

Recruitment Strategy

• Market mapping of relevant companies, sectors and geographies, to identifying target organisations, networks and talent pools
• Working closely with peers to plan and execute recruitment campaigns, supporting strategic recruitment initiatives and contributing to global projects

Metric & reporting

• Reviewing key metrics and performance measures, make recommendations for enhancement

Teaming

• Embedding global best practices and drive operational effectiveness through process improvement and ongoing coaching and mentoring of key senior stakeholders

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• A tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Experience in technology recruiting with depth of understanding across Data & Analytics
• Experience as a talent professional working in agency, on-site and/or internal talent acquisition teams preferably in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments
• Deep understanding of research and delivery techniques with a proven track record on delivering on high profile, niche and challenging to fill roles
• Proven experience working effectively with senior level stakeholders and hiring managers
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work cohesively in a collaborative team environment
• Intermediate to advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office and various Applicant Tracking Systems
