The role of the Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist is to drive high quality end to end reporting and analytics for North America recruiting. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Reporting Manager and Talent Acquisition Analytics Senior Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruiting data and the reporting and analytics outputs that it feeds.
Ensuring accuracy of candidate data in applicant database through data cleaning and establishing quality control processes
Creating and updating database queries that feed reporting tools, including documentation of criteria used in each query and maintaining a standard update cadence
Refreshing static data in reporting tools to reflect updates to recruiting strategy (e.g., a change in hiring targets) throughout the year
Providing training and troubleshooting support on reporting tools for broader recruiting team
Building and managing relationships with office and regional recruiting teams by working closely with these teams to define reporting and analytics needs and mapping out priorities based on business need
Proactively aligning on upcoming work and cultivating an open feedback culture
Assisting with special projects and analyses as needed
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
At least 2-4 years of recruiting, HR, reporting, or relevant experience required. Prior talent acquisition reporting or professional services experience a plus
Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
Flexibility and some travel required

High customer service and relationship orientation – strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, want to deliver great results at all times, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization
Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once, with a great attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure
Analytical proficiency and ability to create and drive processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics
Demonstrated leadership ability; works well as team player
Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service- oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture
Display a high degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast paced, and frequently changing environment
Technical skills:
Exceptional Excel skills; prior database experience (Avature experience a plus)
