WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing and Branding Lead is responsible for

Coordinating stakeholders across the TA teams to understand the breadth of marketing needs for BCG North America recruiting across different recruiting audiences
Empowering TA teams to market BCG as the best employer in our industry and beyond through creative, genuine, and responsive messaging
Working with the TA Marketing Manager to create and implement innovative solutions to achieve our overall recruiting strategy in North America
Building relationships across BCG, particularly our Social Media and Marketing teams, to launch and track paid recruiting marketing campaigns to support recruiting needs in the US, Canada, and Mexico
Bringing together creative storytelling and project managements skills to help tell the story of why BCG is such a great place to be

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Thinking both strategically and tactically to solve problems and complete projects.
Clear and creative communication, with a passion for storytelling, regardless of the medium: talking points for our recruiting teams, PowerPoint presentations, paid promotions on social media, video, in-person and virtual events, and much more
Being a process-oriented, organizational whiz. You harness your strong project management skills to work on multiple projects at once, meet key milestones and deadlines, and keep colleagues and partners in the loop
Working with others and collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across BCG to understand how best to get our messaging to our candidates
Rolling up your sleeves to write and/or copyedit the writing of others to ensure our messaging is compelling and consistent
Caring about the impact one person can have. This isn’t a typical marketing job, so our success isn’t measured by clicks, likes, and shares. Instead, we succeed by helping others work through communications challenges, engage and inspire candidates with powerful facts and stories, and ultimately tell the stories that help talented candidates decide that BCG is the right place for them
Participating in special projects or perform other duties as requested

BA/BS required
5+ years of Marketing or Communications experience; professional service firm experience or exposure to client services is a plus
Project management, writing, stakeholder engagement, with an eye for other creative assets
You should know good design, video, writing, photos, graphics, etc. when you see them
You do not need to be a graphic designer, photographer, or video editor, but know how to work with and manage creatives to achieve our goals
Talent acquisition marketing a plus
Minor travel as needed, planned in advance
