The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to lead the Miami office recruiting team and to drive the full spectrum of the global recruiting efforts supported out of Miami. You will be responsible for fulfilling the consulting staff people needs of the Miami office, including candidate pipeline development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and converting candidates. At the local office level, you will work with the Recruiting Managing Director and Partner (RMDP), Office Leader (OL), Business Management Director (BMD) and Recruiting Directors (RDs) as key stakeholder relationships. At the North America wide regional level, you will partner with recruiting directors at BCG core schools, and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from both campus and experienced hire pools, as well as support Experienced Hire, Digital, and Analytics recruiting efforts for the Miami office.
Specifically, the Talent Acquisition Manager teams with Miami office and regional leadership to develop the overall recruiting strategy for the Miami office. You are primarily responsible for the implementation of this strategy, in partnership with the South Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, the Miami Business Management Director, and the Miami Recruiting Directors (RDs), and the management of day-to-day operations of the Miami recruiting department. To the extent that the recruiting organizational structure and processes require change to ensure that these needs are met, the Talent Acquisition Manager will suggest and implement those changes.

You’ll be working with a closely knit team of other Talent Acquisition members in Miami and in the other South System offices. You will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager but also work closely with the Miami Business Management Director (BMD), Miami Office Leader (OL), Miami Recruiting Managing Director and Partner (RMDP), Miami RDs, and regional Talent Acquisition teams and leadership across North America.
