Under the direction of the South Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, you will own and manage the complete life cycle of the South System’s offices’ (Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Raleigh-Durham) front of funnel consulting staff recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning and participating in the interview process, candidate communication and relationship building, and all conversion activities. You will work with the school specialists, on-campus career services teams, South office Recruiting Managing Director and Partners (RMDPs) and Recruiting Directors (RDs), local office Talent Acquisition team, and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from campus hire and experienced hire pools for the South offices.
Drive BCG-wide recruiting efforts at South-managed schools / programs (current portfolio includes Brigham Young Univ, Duke, Emory, Georgia Tech, Rice, Southern Methodist Univ, Texas A&M, Univ. Of Florida, Univ. Of Georgia, Univ. Of North Carolina, Univ. Of Texas, Vanderbilt undergrad; Goizueta, Jones, Kenan-Flagler, McCombs, Owen, Washington Univ. MBA; and Duke, Georgia Tech, Rice, Baylor College of Medicine Texas A&M, U of Texas, U of North Carolina, Duke, Emory, Vanderbilt Advanced Degrees):
Annual plan creation
Annual budget development and oversight
Oversight of logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process
Candidate marketing, events planning, screening, preliminary interviewing, and conversion management
Manage the South Pod recruiting team: lead and develop the South Talent Acquisition Specialists (currently scoped as two direct reports)
Support candidate relationship building; following up on all candidate inquiries, creating positive BCG recruiting experiences by serving as a friendly, welcoming face to BCG
Cultivate relationships with campus career services, campus clubs, and other campus organizations, developing BCG’s brand on campus
Articulate BCG value proposition via candidate interactions, networking events, professional networks, etc.
Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to conversion; recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline
Drive campus conversion activities for offerees
Staff events and interviews with the right mix of consulting staff, ensuring commitments are upheld; manage swap process
Manage annual budget for South system’s campus and experienced hire front of funnel recruiting activities
Ensure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurate; track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines through applicant tracking system
Use the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations
Provide support as needed throughout the year for local office recruiting activities and efforts, such as the Associate and Consultant summer internship programs, Welcome Weekend, and other various recruiting events and conversion efforts
Affiliate and build a network with local office Talent Acquisition team, including regularly attending team meetings
Collect and analyze information and information to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting activities, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environment
Lead and execute strategic projects as needed

You’ll be working with a closely knit team of Talent Acquisition members in the local office and across the South system offices, reporting into the South Talent Acquisition Senior Manager. Your main focus will be owning and driving the front of funnel campus-focused and experienced hire recruiting programs, and you will also support other local office recruiting activities. You’ll work with the other Talent Acquisition team members in the South offices to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and troubleshooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG. You’ll work closely with your local office and system teams as well as various Talent Acquisition teams across North America.
