WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare Excel models and analysis to support BCG leadership and the broad MDP community along their evaluation, compensation, and equity dimensions.
• Assist in the development and/or preparation of financial reports and analysis to support business objectives.
• Develop visualizations to help leadership gain new insights into the compensation & equity model and enable senior stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to develop automated solutions for business teams to consume.

• Execute complex analysis that evaluates and solves operational business challenges – e.g., analysis for MDP comp and equity programs to inform year-end calculations, that are leveraged as part of conversations with MDPs by BCG Leadership

• Prepare and manipulate data for reporting and analytics of MDP and firm performance
• Provide analysis and reporting on the current data as well as build forward-looking models and mine data for statistical insights

• Develop analytics solutions to provide highlights in a digestible way to assist decision-making processes by BCG Leadership
• Leverage computational statistical analysis to build models for prediction, forecasting, segmentation, and fast insight generation

• Explore digital solutions to increase operational efficiency (e.g., automate recurring tasks and analysis) and enhance reporting to BCG senior Leadership and BCG MDPs
• Design workflows that support new reporting and process improvements in alignment with business logic.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 2-3 years relevant work experience in a finance or analytics related field
• Proficient in MS office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and ability to stay focused
• Experience using analytical tools, preferred
• Sound understanding of core finance processes and principles
• Strong analytical skills with detail orientation
• Strong communication – written and verbal
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment

YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work directly with a PSG Manager and join a dynamic and growing team as well as with the broader PSG team. The core analysis team includes a team of Core Staff, Managers and Directors who coordinate and collaborate closely throughout the year on recurring and ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
