• With the IT Program Manager and Lead Architect, be accountable for the planning, execution and validation of the data migration required for the ERP platform implementation
• Work with SI and product teams to ensure successful end-to-end data migration to facilitate ERP platform implementation and meet the needs of the business

• Partner closely with the System Integration vendor to make key technology design decisions
• Ensure data security and quality assurance best practices are followed throughout the program

You don’t have to fit into a mold at BCG—there isn’t one. We seek people with strong drive, relentless curiosity, desire to create their own path, ability to work collaboratively, and the passion and leadership to make an impact. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career. You’ll be able to experience business on a genuinely global scale and learn how to bring together people from different cultures to uncover insights that challenge the status quo. You will work closely with a cross functional team that is collaborative, passionate and that holds themselves to a high standard. Your stakeholders are incredibly intelligent and analytical and make business decisions with a global lens.
