WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the IT function continues to partner with the BCG business, the need for strong communications to position it as a valued and valuable resource both within the IT community and to the wider organization is more critical than ever. The Communications role will support the IT comms team’s aspirations to enable best practice to a growing function, expanding both content and assets to meet executive leadership, thought-leadership, and internal communication needs. Additionally, the role is vital in providing expertise across the digital product organization for improved communications as a whole. You will contribute to the strategy and thinking for the IT Comms Center of Excellence.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• College degree or equivalent – ideally in a communications or PR-related subject
• 10+ years of applicable experience in a communications role, preferably in a tech or professional services industry
• Experience developing effective communications, including copy development/ design for digital and/or presentation formats. Candidates with relevant work samples are preferred
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, preferably in a multi-national, large-scale environment. Exposure to Technology, whether through Client work or internal a necessity
• Ambition and a track record of great performance
• Experience working across distributed and international teams is a plus
• Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS), email marketing software, and a basic understanding of HTML
