WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of BCG’s Cloud Transformation journey, you will be responsible for building out our Cloud Business Management Transformation office to help drive BCG’s strategy and to harness the power of digital capabilities through enterprise cloud services. The Cloud Agile Transformation Program Head is responsible for driving the design, delivery, roadmap and inter- functional orchestration to pull through our remaining applications & assets to the Cloud.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Your great at working through complexity to drive technical simplicity. You enjoy partnering with teams and managing a program orchestration across disparate technologies and cloud components in an agile mindset. You have a good technical acumen with an eye on business value/outcomes which drive the balance of delivering against a program timeline.
• Problem solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
• Working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
• Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences from the program and agile dimensions.
• Understanding of cloud transformation frameworks, rationalization, and modernization concepts and what good looks like from a transformation program
• Experience with Cloud Financial models, subscription-based pricing and building program cost models in an Agile Quarterly Business Review process.
• See the world as Products and ability to programmatically bring the work to the teams

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Experience with Cloud Business Management Office Build out
• Strong command of Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• Strong technical acumen with experience in Cloud program Delivery
• Experiencing Defining, Building and Delivering Metrics for Outcomes; ability build plans for with the right sequence and orchestration
• Performing a constrained number of common tasks very well
• Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with cloud change strategy to be delivered and enabled by a Cloud Business Management office
