WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Head of Booth and Stanford GSB Talent Acquisition owns, develops, and executes BCG’s comprehensive recruiting strategy for Booth and GSB and leads the Booth/GSB team that orchestrates the resources of BCG’s global offices and diversity networks to achieve the firm’s global recruiting goals.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Creating, refining and implementing annual school and marketing strategic plans and real-time insightful improvements during the season
• Managing overall recruiting process and logistics for first year summer internship process and second year full-time process at Booth/GSB
• Leading school team to execute school plan and serve as main point of contact for BCG on campus
• Managing and mentoring Booth/GSB Talent Acquisition Assistant and Booth and GSB Global Specialists
• Driving strategic projects to improve our overall recruiting efforts, operating model, and competitive positioning
• Performing other duties as assigned or required

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• BA/BS required, MBA preferred
• Booth or GSB alum preferred; BCG experience preferred
• Consulting experience preferred; prior recruiting experienced a plus
• Extensive strategic experience
• Attendance at key evening events required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to effectively persuade, influence, and negotiate, as appropriate
• Ability to act as BCG senior leadership and represent brand well to a variety of external audiences, including student, university administration, and departmental heads
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers
• Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills; general computer literacy
• Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

YOU’LL WORK WITH

This individual will report to the NAMR Head of MBA Talent Acquisition and work closely with the NAMR Recruiting Partner. This individual will also team with Office Recruiting Partners as well as local, regional, and global recruiting teams to set the strategic direction of recruiting at one of the most important sources of talent at BCG.
