As the Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Projects Director, you will lead our Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategic Projects team of 4 to deliver on selected strategic projects for the business aligned to our North Star vision. You will collaborate with our senior business and talent acquisition leadership worldwide, Global Talent Acquisition Senior Director and the Managing Director and Partner of Talent Acquisition in identifying, prioritising and delivering these projects, so the exact content of this role will vary from quarter to quarter. You will bring deep talent acquisition experience as well as an adaptable, advisory mindset to develop content, advise on path forward and work with key stakeholders to deliver on selected high priority initiatives that accelerate success across our worldwide teams.
