WHAT YOU’LL DO

Within the broader Talent Acquisition organization, the North America Diversity Talent Acquisition Team is focused on building a robust and diverse candidate pool for BCG, with a focus on candidates who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Indigenous, LGBTQ, and United States Veterans. As a Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead, you will focus on pipeline building initiatives for industry (experienced hire) candidates, external partnerships and conferences, and special projects. This includes event strategy and execution, candidate pipeline development, external partnership management and engagement, brand marketing, and cross-BCG collaboration.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Thought leader on creating inclusive and empowering events and programs for industry (non-student) candidates
• Building meaningful relationships with candidates and key stakeholders
• Partnering with external organizations
• Driving strategy to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of industry and digital candidates, including large and small scale events, virtual engagements, and external partnerships
• Leveraging data to evaluate the impact of events, programs, and initiatives, and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with BCG’s values
• Monitoring the competitive landscape to ensure that we are creating innovative candidate engagements
• Leading strategic projects

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of work experience
• Minimum 5 years full time work experience in recruiting, events, or program management
• Experience working with industry (non-student) candidates and external organizations
• Comfort leading diversity events, programs, and/or initiatives, ideally within a complex matrix structured organization

The Diversity Talent Acquisition team works across BCG to ensure that the company is bringing in a diverse set of candidates at every level. This role is truly cross functional, and you will partner internally with the talent acquisition and consulting teams, as well as externally with candidates and organizations.
