Within the broader Talent Acquisition organization, the North America Diversity Talent Acquisition Team is focused on building a robust and diverse candidate pool for BCG, with a focus on candidates who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Indigenous, LGBTQ, and United States Veterans. As a Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead, you will focus on pipeline building initiatives for industry (experienced hire) candidates, external partnerships and conferences, and special projects. This includes event strategy and execution, candidate pipeline development, external partnership management and engagement, brand marketing, and cross-BCG collaboration.
