BossTek Hiring for Marketing Specialist at Peoria, IL Full Time

About the position…

BossTek is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist who is passionate about curating compelling and impactful content that promotes audience engagement across various platforms. As a performance-driven creator, your primary focus will be developing content that effectively communicates our brand’s key messages and motivates our target audience to take specific actions that increase lead generation and sales. An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an advanced skillset, with an strong emphasis in graphic design and content creation.

This role s directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the sales teams. This is a full-time, on-site position (Peoria, IL) with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and occasional flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing assets for various mediums (print & digital ads, events, product brochures, etc.)
• Review, update and produce content for our website, blog posts, email campaigns and social platforms
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategy
• Monitor brand consistency and ensure accuracy of marketing and sales collateral
• Track and performance of marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Google Analytics & social insights.
• Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows and marketing events
• Travel to off-site locations for photoshoots, events and other marketing initiatives
• Assist with the development and execution of new product launch strategy
• Facilitate and contribute in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas that support growth and align with the company’s sales and marketing goals
• Serve as a brand advocate for BossTek, regularly engaging with customers and related trade associations
• Conduct self in a professional manner, paying close attention to detail and prioritizing safety when around machinery and at industrial sites
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience of Marketing & Design experience
• Highly skilled in graphic design (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop experience REQUIRED)
• Please submit a portfolio showing examples of video and design work when applying
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency
• A self-starter, comfortable with both working independently and within a team environment
• Ability to conduct & utilize research and methods & results
• Ability to travel approximately 20-25% (or as needed)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Knowledge of WordPress, SEO and SEM best practices
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
• Ability to capture, edit and deliver high-quality video content
• Professional experience flying a drone (FAA-Certified Pilot / Part 107)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting/pulling/pushing up to 10 pounds

• Frequent reaching, reaching overhead, grasping, standing, walking, sitting, and stopping or crawling.

• Operates photo and video camera equipment and pilots drone

Work Environment

• Occasional exposure to moving machinery, dust, extreme heat, extreme cold, humidity/water, outdoor weather conditions, toxic chemicals or fumes, electricity/risk of electric shock, and loud noise
• Work occurs primarily in an office environment
• This is an in-person (on-site) position located at our headquarters in Peoria, IL. (61615)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
