BOSS Engineering is looking for an IT support officer to join their IT team. Work alongside an experienced IT team providing support to our Inverell site in-person and remote staff via phone.
Role and responsibilities:
- Assist the IT manager with day-to-day operations.
- Installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Investigate, test, document and resolve technical problems.
- Administration of software and licensing.
- Procurement of new products and services.
- Manage inventory of IT products.
- Set up and provide training on technology as part of onboarding new staff.
- Liaise with external technicians.
Desirables:
- Experience in IT support.
- Relevant qualification in IT.
- Experience with Office 365 and Windows Server Administration a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
This position can be filled by full time, part time (9-3) or a junior.
