Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Manage product portfolio and product life cycle management (PLCM) for automotive electronics products with focus on “Go-To-Source” activities such as: phase-in, phase-out, engineering change requests, product variant management, complexity reduction, relocation management with plants and project management. Analyze customer and market requirements (technical, commercial) with a product focus on various driver assistance and electronic control units.

• Collaborate with Original Equipment (OE) to release products
• Develop and manage remanufacturing projects from concept through end of life
• Coordinate new part establishment for service parts
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability of assigned products
• Provide support to internal customers
• Coordinate and build strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders, including Original Equipment (OE) customers

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Business related field of study required.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, product management, technical sales, or technical project management.

Desired Competencies

• Automotive, Electronics or Technical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with pricing strategy and P&L statements strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
