These are casual roles and offer a robust 4 week training program coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer Experience with both new and existing customers around the launch of new mobile phones into the market, activating sims and supporting them to understand service options. This is NOT a sales role.

This role will see you driving the customer experience across a multi-channel environment such as calls, emails and chat.

Call Centre or Retail Mobile Phone experience is ideal
Exceptional customer service skills
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with mobile phones, plans & data is highly advantageous
Experience with social media and online chat is also advantageous
Highly advantageous to have experience in Optus mobile platforms and products
A strong work ethic
A “Can Do” attitude
Strong technical aptitude

This centre operates Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturdays 9am – 5pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.90 per hour
