Our Human Resources team supports our growth and performance by striving for employee and company results through ongoing development and engagement with our associates. We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work alongside the HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify, engage and attract future talent for our organisation. This is a key role in our HR team.

The Talent Acquisition Partner role is suited to a HR professional who has a strong customer service focus, with a clear attention to detail mindset. Your days will be busy (we’re always growing!) so you’ll need to have a passion for end-to-end recruitment activities and talking with people about why they should work with us at Bosch. Perhaps you’ve been working as a Recruitment Coordinator and are looking to take the next step in your career – this role is ideal for those who want to own and develop a key function within a larger HR team.

The candidate will join a highly skilled, passionate, and dedicated team who work together to support the business, engage, and learn from each other. Position responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring and business objectives
• Driving our talent acquisition process to achieve diversity with our talent pool
• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process
• Supporting the Students@Bosch program, including university careers fairs
• Creating positive and lasting candidate experiences
• Managing labour hire engagement
• Utilising innovative candidate sourcing strategies to uncover exceptional talent

As the successful candidate you will bring experience in a recruitment role and or HR generalist/coordinator role and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Extensive experience in a high-paced high volume talent acquisition role
• Advanced skill level for all MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel skills essential

• An ability to see challenges as opportunities with a strong focus on problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the business
