This multifaceted role is ideal for somebody looking for variety in their daily activity. The prime role function is to marketing and generate apprenticeship vacancies and following through to finding the successful candidate. Additional activities will include administration and reception duties at our Doncaster Training Centre. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Programme marketing to employers and prospective candidates to generate apprenticeship vacancies and filled roles
• Liaising as necessary with the all stakeholders to ensure apprentice recruitment targets are met
• Liaising with Hotel partners and clients in relation to the bookings of learner and staff hotel accommodation
• Support any other office and training centre administration procedures

We are looking for a motivated and vibrant person who we can support and train. Your starting level of formal qualification may be advantageous but for those starting on a career path we can offer training and support and possibly a level II customer service apprenticeship route to success.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external training stakeholders at all levels
• Work with clients, employers and prospective apprentice candidates to generate apprenticeship opportunities with employers and source the best candidates to fit the roles
• Work with exceptional diligence and accuracy at all times
• Possess strong persuasive, selling, administrative, and planning skills
• Be customer and solution oriented with a service provider attitude
• Be flexible and adaptable to undertake a variety of tasks
• A good level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths and ICT
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• High levels of computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS applications and data applications
• Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including a confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Understand brand value and reputation
