Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Graphic Designer / Marketer.This is a 12-month maximum-term, part-time 4 days per week, Monday – Thursday (with the potential to extend further) opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and may involve occasional domestic travel.

Position responsibilities will include:

• Designing, creating, and delivering marketing collateral (print, website, social media) in collaboration with Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions, Motorsport, and Vehicle Safety Systems
• Producing creative material that translate well across multiple channels (e.g., catalogue, signage, website, eDM, social, broadcast etc)
• Providing graphic design services for internal and external marketing and communications media
• Preparing 2D and 3D graphic design and animation content for use on social media channels and websites
• Providing animations, design, and overlays for our in-house videographers
• Ensuring compliance with corporate design guidelines, image rights and copyright law
• Assisting in marketing communications activities

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Ideally the successful candidate would come from either a multi-national, technology, automation or automotive industry or had clients in those industries with a clear ability to work to a specific brief.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary education in graphic design, media and or marketing
• Experience working in a marketing / design agency
• Creative mindset
• Ability to work with all multiple stakeholders in a professional and successful manner
• Deadline oriented with a can-do attitude, willing to try new things
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Well-developed organisational & time management skills
• Ability and experience in adhering to compliance, data security, internal systems in a professional manner
• Keen attention to detail
• MS Office
• Basic HTML
• Google Analytics
• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects (desirable)
• Google ads (desirable)
• LinkedIn ads (desirable)
