Borealis Basecamp Hiring for Reservationist at Fairbanks, Alaska and Remote Jobs Full Time

We are an experiential destination just outside of Fairbanks, where guests from all over the world gather to watch the northern lights and experience Alaska’s beauty. We seek dedicated, friendly, energetic people who enjoy interacting with people from all over to join our team.

Reservationist Duties: Answering the Borealis Basecamp phone, conversing with guests about questions they may have about the Basecamp experience, taking guest reservations and inputting them into the reservation system, texting with guests over webchat to answer guest questions and book reservations, taking payment for guest reservations, taking and creating partner reservations, responding to guest inquiries. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
 

Job Requirements: An understanding of customer service and hotel industries, proficiency with computers, specifically Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. Excellent organizational skills, ability to think creatively, strong communication, and ability to work well in a team, EXTREMELY detail oriented, ability to lift and move 50lbs regularly.
