Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring and onboarding process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for evaluating resumes, scheduling and participating in recruitment events, and managing the hiring paperwork. If you have strong communication skills and and enjoy a dynamic work environment, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicates with Hiring Managers on job demands and open positions.
• Sources passive candidates through various networks.
• Screens applications to determine the best-fit candidates.
• Actively participates in large-scale recruiting events.
• Schedules phone screens and in-person interviews with Hiring Managers and HR personnel.
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations.
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
• Other administrative duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Approachable, collaborative, and team-oriented.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferred
• Displays a sense of urgency and timeliness to complete tasks.
• Positive attitude and enthusiastic.
• Attention to detail and very organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
