As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high business value products.

You Have:

• 3+ months of experience with gathering requirements and applying critical thinking to translate user needs into business and system requirements

• Experience with documenting requirements into user stories with well defined and detailed acceptance criteria

• Experience with working within an agile and scrum framework and creating test scripts and executing functional tests and creating training materials and facilitating training

• Ability to work effectively with clients with minimal support

• Secret Clearance

• BA or BS Degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and SNOW

• Ability to pay attention to details

• Possession of excellent communication skills

• Certified Scrum Master
